What we collect
When you enter the Awards we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), country, photograph metadata (camera, location, caption), and payment confirmation from our gateway. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
How we use it
Your data is used only to (a) process your entry, (b) contact you about the competition (shortlist, results, ceremony invites), and (c) credit you publicly if your work is selected. Marketing emails are opt-in and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who sees it
Personal data is accessible only to the GWF organising team. The international jury reviews images without seeing photographer identities until shortlisting is complete. We never sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Entry records (name, contact, image) are kept for 3 years after the competition for awards history and audit. You may request earlier deletion by emailing us.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@globalwildlifefair.com. We respond within 14 working days.
Security
Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled cloud infrastructure. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
