Refund & Cancellation Policy

General rule

The ₹2,360 entry fee is non-refundable once you have submitted your entry, because each entry consumes jury review time.

When we will refund

• If your entry is disqualified for a technical reason on our end (e.g. file corruption during upload), we refund 100% or let you resubmit free of charge.
• If you pay twice by mistake, we refund the duplicate transaction within 7 working days.
• If the Awards are cancelled by GWF for any reason before judging begins, all fees are refunded in full.

When we will not refund

• You change your mind after submission.
• Your entry is disqualified for breaching the rules (AI-generated content, ineligible subjects, missing metadata).
• You miss the deadline.
• You do not win.

How to request a refund

Email info@globalwildlifefair.com with your entry confirmation and reason. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
