1. Eligibility
The GWF International Photo Awards 2026 ("the Awards") is open to photographers of any nationality and age. Employees of Global Wildlife Fair Pvt. Ltd., the jury, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry Fee
The entry fee is ₹2,360 (₹2,000 + 18% GST), permitting submission of up to 6 photographs across 3 categories (maximum 2 per category). The fee is per photographer, not per image.
3. Submission Rules
Images must be the original work of the entrant, captured with a dedicated camera. Camera trap, drone, and mobile-phone images are not permitted. AI-generated, generative-fill, or composite images will be disqualified. Submissions are accepted only through the official entry form.
4. Copyright
Copyright remains with the photographer at all times. By submitting, you grant Global Wildlife Fair Pvt. Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the images for promotion of the Awards across web, social, print and exhibition channels, with full credit. Images will never be sold or sub-licensed.
5. Jury & Decisions
Every entry is reviewed by the full international jury panel. All decisions are final, binding, and not subject to correspondence.
6. Prize Money
Cash prizes are paid in INR by bank transfer within 30 days of the awards ceremony. Prize money is subject to Tax Deducted at Source under Indian law. International transfers may incur bank charges borne by the recipient.
7. Disqualification
GWF reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the rules, ethical standards, or that cannot be authenticated. RAW files may be requested from shortlisted entries within a 7-day window.
8. Liability
GWF is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from submission, judging, exhibition or transmission of entries beyond reasonable industry standards of care.
